Every apprenticeship is structured in the same way. This means that you can be confident
that your apprentice is making the required skills progression and meeting the agreed

Initial assessment
Establishes what skills and knowledge the apprentice already has. It's also an opportunity to identify and
address any additional requirements they might have during the apprenticeship regarding English, maths
and ICT.
Planning and progression
Regular visits will take place with you to review your apprentice's progress.
Individual learning plan
Working with you we help set targets for the apprentice's development. Once the plan is agreed and signed
this is what the apprentice will work towards and will be updated throughout the apprenticeship.
